I think he is sentenced in lower court only. Higher court can always revert it , if not satisfied with furnished evidence. Please correct me if I am wrong.
If Pakistan establishment really wanted to punish him they would have condemn him for treason and not for a fictitious accusation for "aiding banned militant group Lashkar-e-Islam" which prosecutors cannot prove in front of higher court.

Case has been registered by Intelligence Agency, who don't accept OBL was there. But on the same time they also accept USA did come. Court also knows that, that's why normally death sentence or 14 years jail is given as punishment for such case, but here they use 33 years, which is Punishment of treason.

Yes we do, that's why he is kept in jail for 33 years. If he comes out will be killed right away.

If it is true then it is not justice. Court can give verdict on the basis of evidence furnished to them only, otherwise it is a mockery of justice. Court cannot be influenced by what intelligence agencies think but only with law and evidence.

Just or In-just, State is above Law. And When it comes to Pakistan, there is no terrorist court. If Shakeel would have trailed in Terrorism court then for helping LeJ (banned organization), even his family members would have suffered, due to foreezing accounts and take over Shakeel's Property. And by the which evidence court needed in this court, court don't need proofs on already proven facts.

Some important points to be note don this Dr shakeel matter:

1. It is interesting to note that D Shakeel has not be accused of any treason charges by the Govt.

2. He has been given 33 year imprisonment for helping and having alleged connections with a banned militant organization by the Khyber Agnecy Political Agent.

3. Dr Shakeel Afridi didn't launched nay anti polio campaign, Actually he carried out a fake Anti Hepatitis vaccination campaign in Abbotabad to collect DNA samples of OBL kids.

4. No case or charger has been framed against Dr Shakeel for spying for CIA and helping CIA to Hunt down OBL.

5. Dr Shakeel has not been given a fair chance to defend himself in the court of law. He was given 33 year imprisonment not by any civil court but by Political Agent of Khyber Agency.

Interestingly , on one hand many Pakistani say that Abbotabad episode was all drama, and there was on OBL in abbotabad, if this is true then better release DR Shakeel Afridi, if it was all drama.

It was anti polio or hepatitis but it created suspicions over this program resulting into refusing taking anti polio vaccine by the citizens of this country. This has affected whole pakistani nation by creating a reason for miscreants, I believe the anti polio workers killed during the process, their blood lies on the shoulders of Shakeel Afridi and the guy should be charged for that also. What to talk of releasing him if OBL case was a fake.
