And you are forgetting the point that with air lift they can't bring in each and everything and the cost jumps many fold for them, so even if we are letting them use the airspace it is working in our favor as the transportation cost goes up many fold for them and it again makes their task difficult. And now they get major stuff from the other supply routes, thus they are no more fully dependable on us. And with aerial route, they can manage just a few flights per day, compared to hundreds of containers passing the border each day.

After the failed Pakistan funding / supporting Taliban drama, Pakistani nukes are on the verge of falling into the hands of AQ / Extremists, this is the new drama they have come up and the consequences will be not good for the US in long term as they are making sure that Pakistan goes further away from them and become an enemy.
