Hmmm.. i think Sikh instigated the situation when they had the option not to by starting a construction en mass in early in the morning.

Which they were legally entitled to. Rioting does not have the same sanction nor will it be deemed an appropriate "common sense" response. The point is this - if the Sikhs having won the case chose to build on the site, the only response legally should have been to get a stay order (if possible) or a government order against the construction.

Rioting by Muslims, even if they are in good numbers in that particular area is a dangerous proposition for both the group rioting as well as for the wider community. If you riot after you lose a case, just because you can; you run the risk of being paid back in the same coin by a much larger group. Can't complain then, can you?

Timing of Muslims is pretty bad.There are lot of Kanwarias in Haridwar at the moment which could be diverted by RSS-VHP to neighbouring Sahranpur.

But the situation would not get to that point because State government is with Muslims. Had Police stayed on sidelines, there would have been a local civil war( as both sides have numbers).
