The winners in a court case, whatever court that might be & whatever appeal may be possible, are under no compulsion to wait for any possible appeal. That is not their concern. An appeal must be followed by a stay order before anyone needs to desist from any construction. Absent that, there is no bar on any construction.

It is deemed adjudicated by High court by virtue of not being appealed within given time frame.

You are absolutely right! I was merely asked for common sense as the issue was sensitive. As the court has ordered in their favor they should had waited and ask help from police. Why to rush which indicates a ill motive and wanted to exploit the time between ruling and appeal.

"Common sense" should be a 2 way street, there is nothing to be gained by people rioting after losing a case in a court of law. After all, either they appeal (if such option is available) and get a stay order or they accept that they lost this particular case.
