Because it was final ruling, retard.

Only constitutional cases, conflict between center and state,or between two states, and cases in which high court has reversed a ruling of lower court and sentenced a man to death could be automatically brought up before Supreme court.High court is final court of appeal for most of the cases.

Does Bangladeshi Supreme court take up even cases of theft of Lungis?

All civil or land related case are eligible for appeal. You are retard.

Gezus H Christ can you read or comprehend even the most basic logic?

- Court rules in favour of the Gurdwara, it is their land according to the letter of the law.
-Some goons from the Muslim community decide they are above the law and decide to begin construction of a Masjid early in the morning in direct violation of the court's ruling.
-2 Sikhs end up dead following the clashes the MUSLIMS instigated.

This is the facts as I see them. I condemn the actions of the ret@rds who violated the law of the land and begun construction just because they didn't like the ruling. If it had been the other way around I'd condemn the local Sikh community but in this case the actions of the Muslims' is totally indefensible and the fact there are 2 DEAD people over a land dispute makes me sick to my stomach.

The fact that the Muslims waited to see the outcome of this court ruling shows they would have been happy to respect the court's decision HAD IT GONE THEIR WAY. Damn hypocrites that have got the deaths of 2 people on their hands.

Hopefully central and local police forces flood the area and maintain peace and I hope the Sikhs keep their heads but I suspect their is a lot of ill-feeling in their hearts and that is understandable.

The ultimate irony of all this is that this is a dispute over building God's house- does anyone really think God would want innocent people dying over such petty things?

Indian courts has a tendency of ruling against Muslims.

Three dead in communal clashes in Saharanpur, Centre rushes 600 paramilitary forces

Saharanpur/Lucknow: Around 600 para military force personnel were rushed by the Central government after three persons were killed and 19 others, including policemen, were injured as violent clashes broke out between two communities over a land dispute in Saharanpur on Saturday.

Following the incident mobs indulged in arson, after which curfew was clamped and shoot-at-sight ordered.
"Three persons, including traders leader Harish Kochar, Arif and an unidentified person were killed in clashes between the two communities," Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Mukul Goel told.

Five policemen, city magistrate, and 13 others were injured. A constable Shensar Pal was stated to be in a serious condition in Chandigarh PGI after suffering a bullet injury.

District Magistrate Sandhya Tiwari and SSP Rajesh Kumar Pandey told the media in Saharanpur this evening that shoot-at-sight order has been issued.

The decision to sent the para military forces was taken after Home Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, official sources said.

Singh had asked Yadav to ensure communal harmony in the state in the wake of violence in Saharanpur and offered all help to contain the situation.

The Home Minister, who is personally monitoring the situation in Uttar Pradesh, had telephoned Yadav and expressed his concern over the violent clashes that broke out between two communities in the Western UP town.

He had also conveyed to the Chief Minister that the Central government would provide all assistance, including paramilitary forces, to the state government to maintain law and order.

Police fired rubber bullets to control the situation as mobs went on rampage setting several shops afire.

Prohibitory orders under section 144 of CrPC have been invoked in the district and curfew has been clamped in six areas, Commissioner, Saharanpur, Tanveer Zafar Ali said.

Senior administrative and police officials were rushed to the spot to pacify the rival groups.

DIG STF Deepak Ratan and Bhuvnesh Kumar, who was Commissioner of Saharanpur earlier, have been rushed from Lucknow by helicopter to control the situation, sources said.

Besides, 18 companies of additional force including eight of PAC, six of CRPF ,two of RAF and two of ITBP have been deployed in the troubled areas, sources said.

"As per the information received so far, there was a dispute over land between two communities which escalated this morning," Goel said.

Trouble began when members of one community started construction work at the site in Kutubsher area in the wee hours this morning, which was objected to by the other group.

Both the sides indulged in heavy brick-batting, arson and opened fire and there were reports of several shops being gutted in the clash, police said.

Even as curfew has been clamped, sporadic incidents of clashes were reported. The ADG said senior officers were camping in the area.

Saharanpur is nearly 170 km from national capital Delhi and 560 km from state capital Lucknow.

Classical Lungi IQ.

The appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court can be invoked by a certificate granted by the High Court concerned under Article 132(1), 133(1) or 134 of the Constitution in respect of any judgement, decree or final order of a High Court in both civil and criminal cases, involving substantial questions of law as to the interpretation of the Constitution.

Appeals also lie to the Supreme Court in civil matters if the High Court concerned certifies :

(a) that the case involves a substantial question of law of general importance, and (b) that, in the opinion of the High Court, the said question needs to be decided by the Supreme Court. In criminal cases, an appeal lies to the Supreme Court if the High Court (a) has on appeal reversed an order of acquittal of an accused person and sentenced him to death or to imprisonment for life or for a period of not less than 10 years, or

(b) has withdrawn for trial before itself any case from any Court subordinate to its authority and has in such trial convicted the accused and sentenced him to death or to imprisonment for life or for a period of not less than 10 years, or

(c) certified that the case is a fit one for appeal to the Supreme Court. Parliament is authorised to confer on the Supreme Court any further powers to entertain and hear appeals from any judgement, final order or sentence in a criminal proceeding of a High Court.

Supreme Court of India

Supreme courts of all countries look into only selective cases and High court is final court of automatic appeal.

Probably in Lungi land, even theft of goats are tried in Supreme court.

Highly Agile muslims, faster than the speed of stupid.

Mob violence like this needs to be dealt with severely. If there is a direct threat like in this case, the police must be allowed to shoot at the rioters, a 100 dead rioters are better than a single dead victim. The rioters(whatever their religion, whatever their cause) choose to riot, the victims don't make the same choice.
