I can see many agile people here too:lol:

What makes you think that? As because they look like you?

Hmmm.. i think Sikh instigated the situation when they had the option not to by starting a construction en mass in early in the morning.
Muslims lost the case in court, Muslims always try to grab the land and make mosque....... muslims are most violent and can't live with other religion in peace.

If BJP was in govt , after first violence , muslim don't dare again to do like happen in Gujrat, should teach them the lesson they never forget.

Timing of Muslims is pretty bad. There are lot of Kanwarias in Haridwar at the moment which could be diverted by RSS-VHP to neighbouring Sahranpur.

But the situation would not get to that point because State government is with Muslims. Had Police stayed on sidelines, there would have been a local civil war( as both sides have numbers).

Policeman injured during riots

Note- Police not allowed to fire on a particular "peaceful" community . No tear or lathicharge allowed either.

They are allowed to attack Sikhs and Hindus as per Taliban/SP orders.

Poor man even the police cannot defend itself from members of the peaceful community who will attack anything and everything in their wake.
That why NaMO allowed people to vent their anger and take revenge in Gujarat after train burning, since then no Muslims dare to break Law.

Gujarat rerun need to make the UP peaceful again

Because it was final ruling, retard.

Only constitutional cases, conflict between center and state,or between two states, and cases in which high court has reversed a ruling of lower court and sentenced a man to death could be automatically brought up before Supreme court.High court is final court of appeal for most of the cases.

Does Bangladeshi Supreme court take up even cases of theft of Lungis?

You seems to be confused between automatic appeal and appeal before an applet court. Supreme court is also an appellate court, in fact the highest and final one, plaintiff in error can make it to supreme court for its appellate jurisdiction and supreme court can override any decision. No, high court is not a final court of appeal, it's the supreme court.

There will be adequate response. Muslims in India are much more stronger and well equipped.

Good .Lets wait and watch. Gujarat proved otherwise.Chechnya proved otherwise.Operation Lentil proved otherwise.
Israel proved otherwise.

This whole thing is stupid. Minorities, in any country, are dependent on the constitution & the law for their protection. Undermining that is suicidal.

It is not a well known piece of information. Given that the lawmakers themselves present certain examples time to time in that region.

You could appeal in Supreme court only in limited number of circumstances.

The appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court can be invoked by a certificate granted by the High Court concerned under Article 132(1), 133(1) or 134 of the Constitution in respect of any judgement, decree or final order of a High Court in both civil and criminal cases, involving substantial questions of law as to the interpretation of the Constitution.

Appeals also lie to the Supreme Court in civil matters if the High Court concerned certifies :

(a) that the case involves a substantial question of law of general importance, and (b) that, in the opinion of the High Court, the said question needs to be decided by the Supreme Court. In criminal cases, an appeal lies to the Supreme Court if the High Court (a) has on appeal reversed an order of acquittal of an accused person and sentenced him to death or to imprisonment for life or for a period of not less than 10 years, or

(b) has withdrawn for trial before itself any case from any Court subordinate to its authority and has in such trial convicted the accused and sentenced him to death or to imprisonment for life or for a period of not less than 10 years, or

(c) certified that the case is a fit one for appeal to the Supreme Court. Parliament is authorised to confer on the Supreme Court any further powers to entertain and hear appeals from any judgement, final order or sentence in a criminal proceeding of a High Court.

Supreme Court of India

+ Supreme court could allow a case to be tried in Supreme court by using writ.

This riot shit seem India only thing, every few months some big riots.

For major Riots in UP in less than 1 year

Muslim VS Jats (Muffarnagar)

Muslim Vs SC ( Muradabad )

Muslim VS Sikhs (Saharnpur )

Muslim -Shia VS Muslim Sunni ( Luckhnow )

Now tell me what is common in those riots ?

Then you have audacity to call them innocent

I hope BJP comes to power both in UP and Maharashtra in the upcoming assembly elections and then the police can do what's right read 'a bullet in the @sses of these miscreants' without political interference

Thats incorrect,,,anyone can appeal the verdict given by a lower court there.

Only in rhetoric.

Every case has a limit on appeal based on circumstances and Punishment. You cannot appeal a ruling of magistrate court in sessions court if you are sentenced to less than 2 years in prison and could not appeal in High court if sentence is of less than 7 years.

Courts could accept an appeal based on their discretion. It does not means that you are entitled to an appeal.
