Countries such as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should stop relying on USA. Also Egypt and Morocco should stop relying on USA.

Its time to look East like China, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan and Singapore.

China is either the third or second largest destination for foreign students now, right behind US, both China and UK each year have 500k foreign students studying in each country, some estimate in 10 years time, China will surpass US to be the biggest destination for foreign students with more than one million. China is currently the biggest destination for Pakistani students with around 30k each year. China certainly welcomes other students from Muslim countries including Saudi, Egypt and other mideast ones.

The countries you listed are part of the same western block! Japan and SK host US military etc. Get education from where ever you can afford. Plus Pakistan has decent universities upto undergraduate anyway.
