No matter how much you try defending it, this is bigotry, plain simple hate filled. The root cause of teacher's / college administration is hate for these students' faith.

The teacher's role is to educate the students, not select and reject based on their outfit.

As far as your uniform argument goes, if there is something missing it stands, but if there is an addition to it due to one's circumstances it is acceptable. If these students are wearing the required color dress and shoes, they are not violating any uniform dress code.

A Hindu female student may choose to wear a tilak or a male student may choose to wear that raakhi thing ........ how different is this from that?

For the bold part, It is teachers responsibility to make students to be good citizen. They should blend into society.
If they have to follow everything written in Quran, then what is the need for them going to school?

Why not they go to madarsah to get education?

They want to get Kafir's education in kafir's institute in kafir country, but in Islamic dress, why not they join madarsah? Its not hypocrisy?

If they want to learn in these institute why they not follow their's dress code.

Even these girls can use masks, no one will ask them to remove at in this covid situation, masks can also be used as Hijab.

Role of teacher is also to enforce rule and discipline so that the students grow to be a LAW ABIDING citizen.

Most Indian schools have a rule about not allowing any religious symbolism by students. They are supposed to BURY THEIR DIFFERENCES in class, not accentuate them.

Students are not allowed to wear tilak to school either. Nor are rakhis permitted for more than one day at max.

Just to know read and write, they can go to madrasa or their parents can teach them. They can read Quran and set for life. For that they don't have to go to collage.
Can the teacher give sex eduction, theory of evolution, universe to these students? Those will contradict what is written in Quran.

No two school is the same.

Uniform rules are more relaxed if the student is poor or if the school is in a poorer part of the state.

Bangladesh was a 1000 miles away from us, and it's still a Muslim state as per partition

This is India for you.

A public college, paid for by tax payer money, is denying education to a group of girls based on their choice of clothing. The uniform rules of the college itself does not bar hijab, but the Principal - a bigot named Rudre Gowda, is taking it upon himself to create new rules.

In any civilized society, the public would castigate the Principal and side with the girls, but we live in a depraved society where the majority gets it's thrills in life by just denying Muslims their fundamental rights.
