No country just become independent out of thin air and become part of UN. Struggle and sacrifice is required to achieve that. Many country has achieved it's independence like that. But Bangladesh's case is unique as it is the majority people had to break away from minority people after defeating it's army.

as i am far away from the tribunal .... i cant evaluate its acceptance ..........but ....after 40 years ......this judgement will bring curse for the nation..........because .......this will be an evil dare to take the responsibility to judge such persons those r honest , religious .......they r facing the trial only for supporting Pakistan in'71

Military science??? What is the specialization!!!

Anyway those who are facing war crime trial it is not for supporting Pakistan in 71 but for killing and raping innocent people. Rajakars did that it is a proven fact. Now only some top of them have been arrested and put into trial.

Hello Mr Dumb, i don't have to explain you how political parties work in Pakistan. If a political party was in wrong side it doesn't means that whole province was against it. Political party didn't let those people participate in that refrendum otherwise they would've gone. If this much people were against joining Pakistan how come there was so peaceful process with no protests, etc. Also i think you have forgotten stoning of your Nehra when he visited Khyber Pakhtunkhawa(NWFP), people hate him.

matter got settled later, it was a muslim province after all. so there was not so protest.

Do you have even any idea when Mukti Bahini was recruited, trained and came into battle field??? It is the Pakistani army which started killing of innocent civilians on March 25, 1971 and only after that to Bangladesh had to declare it's independence. When Pakistani army started killing there were not even any mukti bahini. It is the East Bengal Regiment which started the initial resistance in Chittagong.

See how Pakistan started killing innocent students of Dhaka University on March 26, 1971 morning... what was their fault !!! Then who was terrorizing whom???
