Wow!!! Thank you for these - i especially like the real world pics, can't believe how fast things are changing...

Ironically, the old Dhaka style building in Dhanmondi above looks better than all the modern designs!
 
Do you have any ideas about how much an apartment in something like that block would be? Just curious..

For a two or three bedroom unit -

In Banani probably upwards of 75 lakh, Gulshan 90 lak to one crore (maybe more).

Dhaka is also in the midst of a Hotel construction boom. Remember we're talking larger hotels with 200+ rooms, not B&Bs or boutique hotels. Some properties expected to come on line soon,
