Black market does not necessarily sell illegal item such *** firearms and drugs, black market also cater to specialist item. The black market itself is illegal business due to many complex factor (The price regulation, taxation and so on ), but the item they are selling may not be illegal.

For example, it's illegal to buy imported cigarette in the black market in China, does that mean imported Cigarette are illegal by term in China?? So anyone selling those imported cigarette like Lucky Strike or Marlboro will be prosecuted by the very "Strict" law in China??

Just think of the freezer scene from Predator 2. These places are huge and having stuff stacked in a back corner for a long time wouldn't be surprising to me. I used to work in a supermarket and they had a freezer big enough to fit 3 or 4 good sized cars. I wasn't going to wander to the back corners to see what some unmarked box was.
