why should i want "life insurance" ( money paid to someone else in case of my death )?? i want comforts and facilities and politically-arranged provisions against accidents ( traffic and such ) while i am living.

2) Pension scheme.1000-5000 Rupees pension for people over 60 years if they pay 40 rs-250 rs per month.That is more than 5% Interest. in total you pay 45,000 Rupess and get back 5000 rupees as Pension every month.

sounds like a pyramid/ponzi scheme.

3)Health Insurance at 330 per annum. Infact its free life and disability Insurance.

Ok Breast cancer, can i know the history? stage she was in? Was surgery done?
There are types of breast cancers. Fibroadenoma which is Benign (which is most likely seen in Young women and girls).
And Adeoncarcinoma of Breast which is BAD( mostly seen in women over 30-35+)
That is why i asked the condition and staging of the patient. Was there a familial history of any female in her family having cancer in the past 3 generations or her siblings?
What drugs was she given?
Best treatment is Total removal of Breast along with Radio and Chemotherapy.
You understand there is a 5 Year survival period for every Cancer.
