I mean are we going to benefit from this deal or it will just make us more confident that more nations are showing faith in Brahmos CMs?

Definately India has a lot many things to do whenever Brahmos CMs are exported as India holds 50.5% share in the Brahmos corp.

Yes and Infact It forms the platform of Brahmos and it goes supersonic at all flight phases.

Indonesia and Vietnam already operate the Yakhont. Indinesia has test fired the Yakhont supersonic anti shipping CMs very recently while Vietnam too has land-based coastal defense system.

Not only different but completely different with the MKK/MK2 being strike fighters and MKM being air dominance.You may check post #15 for further clarification.

wrong. the first batch or 2 will be upgraded in Russia, the rest in HAL, just like the Mirage upgrades and Mig-29.
HAL puts Indian avonics in these uprades includes Samtel/Thales HMDS. The mig29 will have the same EW suite as the Tejas/MKI.

Why should we care? US sells weapons to India and Pakistan, Israel and Egypt.If they want to buy we sell.
