it's attractive no doubt, seems to be inspired by lamborghini reventon/aventador. but they give you a choice whether you want emerald, ruby, diamond, etc. in the headlights clearly the oil sheikhs have outdone themselves this time, only 7 or 8 are going to be made. can't imagine the abyssmal mileage it would get.
we should be focusing on highly efficient cars, especially hydrogen or pure electric ones with no emissions. that is the future and we'll have to come around to it eventually as other types are not sustainable.
personally, i like the reva e2o which is made indigenously in south asia it will be available in uk/europe next year if all goes well, probably at around 10-12 thousand quid. does around 100km per charge too! which only takes few hours. i see it giving the leaf and smart a run for their money, especially in the affordability department
see this beautiful ad they made for it, very thought provoking
they've got a knack for good ads, here is an earlier one of theirs

its grandfather from a decade ago was pretty popular amongst the eco-lovers in london. they ended up selling thousands of them worldwide, but it was quite cramped and unreliable, too low mileage on full charge, and not very safe. hope its successor is much better.
