Lieutenant General Salman Fayyaz Ghani Sacked/Resigned

. .
When a dialogue was going on between PTI & PDM, arresting IK smells of something else. Why arrest him now, at this juncture? Clearly ISPR statement after the arrest was adding fuel to fire....

Something smells fishy and I am not one to go for conspiracies!!!

Also I feel that the sitting Govt. has a bigger responsibility to push for reconciliation than the opposition. In this case this is no where to be seen. Want to talk one day, the very next day another FIR is lodged! The reconciliation efforts if any, or offer for talks seem to be optics only.

No body voted for this PDM

Call general elections in Pakistan and let the Pakistanis voters decide who to govern them

Pdm are irrelevant/ they have no mandate to do anything they are the cause of all the problem unelected people imposed on Pakistan

Social media is full of lies. This video proves CC was there and he tried to negotiate with the angry protesters, they did not listen and started to destroy everything, they were probably banging on his gates or climbed over them, its not rocket science, also keep in mind noone knew what the protesters were going to do, he was being polite to them and they destroyed his house, his family can be seen too. The same with other area of mob attacks.

These army people had 2 choices, call for back up and kill protesters or show restraint and talk to them, they made the right decision. If it was a military base and they were going for sensitive locations, they certainly would have been shot, come to Mangla base and you will find out.

The protesters were indeed in the wrong, it was 100% PTI youth. The army could have killed them and had the right because they were trespassing, but they showed restraint.

Just because officers showed restraint, the pti followers are making propaganda that they sided with them, some are saying they got scared, playing both sides and dirty politics, today Chief Justice is being praised but the same CJ was called traitor when he removed IK.

Can anyone please show me photos or videos of PTI protesters, from the videos and photos it looks like a few hundred attacking the jinnah house, cantonment, and majority protest was in Peshawar. The difference was they targeted the army and army showed restraint, this caused panic. The paid social media activitist are making it like millions came out but reality is a few hundred were attacking and a few thousand protesting. Sindh and Balochistan was quiet.

I already mentioned once, the patriotic Pakistanis love their nation and its army. Violent protests, mob violence, attacking army soldiers will not go well in the long run.

You think it was all PTI supporters who did this? Are you living under a rock? 90% of Pakistan is with IK regardless if they support PTI or not. Do you have any feel on the pulse? High inflation and then to see the cases of corruption for criminals get thrown out. What did you expect was going to happen?

George Floyd 2020 riots weren’t all about that criminal druggy, much of it was the pandemic lockdown frustrations manifesting itself in other ways. PTI supporters are typically middle class and don’t have it in them to attack a Corp Commander home. They’re not here as far as the intensity though very close.

SN: CC looks like a very decent man. I’m 100% certain this army is being directed by an outsider destabilizing power to take these decisions as it will only hurt Pakistan in the long run ie civil wars, unloading of nukes by disgruntled Generals who’ll get paid handsomely for selling the nukes and then running off to the West or Dubai.

@Signalian ...

Well, there goes your fake news and analysis swirling down the drain! Bye-bye propaganda!

Haider Mahdi might have hit the nail on the head by claiming that the Corps commander in Lahore was getting sidelined and disregarded by his subordinates, all because of Asim Munir and his gang's dislike for the commander's pro-people stance.

The people are now making mockery of him, saying he s*** his pants, and army is scared and coward. Typical double standards, if they shoot then are labelled as traitors and if they show restraint then labelled as cowards.

However its unfortunate that he is being sidelined, he did it for the people and the coward people are now laughing at him. He didnt want to harm them.

Now blame USA, all this game is done through backing of USA otherwise what would N-league patwari and military Generals know.
Has the COAS or establishment considered that the goal of the west is not to kill or remove Imran Khan, but to bankrupt and split the country apart on ethnic lines?

The west, like the Indians did in East Pakistan, are playing the long game. They know that:

1. Imran is the most popular leader and was increasing ethnic cohesion
2. Has support from other disenfranchised ethnicities like Pashtuns, Baloch, Gilgit
3. Has support from youth which stops brain drain
3. Removing him will upset those groups and cause anarchy
4. It will revive separatists in KPK
5. They know PDM can't run the economy and will bankrupt country
6. Imran was increasing exports & remittances to finally get rid of IMF, which would mean an independent & strong Pakistan. Something unacceptable to the west
7. Stronger economy means stronger military

It's easy to see why the west wants Imran Khan gone. What is difficult to understand, however, is why the establishment blindly follows its dictation even when it will bankrupt, destroy and split the country apart? Why do they follow if it means firing on your own? Who or what is the establishment protecting if it's not Pakistan or its people?

Do the COAS or Corp Commanders have visas and flight tickets ready to escape with when all of this is said and done? By your admission, it's clear their loyalty is not to Pakistan. Bajwa didn't remove Imran Khan because he was going to destroy Pakistan. Bajwa removed Imran Khan because he wasn't going to let the establishment destroy Pakistan!

The west has asked the establishment to do this because they know that if Pakistani's are asked to jump off the bridge, they are stupid enough to do it.

Corps commander Lahore was already being sidelined by his juniors, at the instigation of Asim Munir and his cohort due to the commander's opposition to Asim's anti-people policies.

We won't know who ordered the security to be taken off the Corps commander's house until there's an investigation. This situation is quite concerning as it highlights that Asim Munir and his associates are willing to go to great lengths, even putting their own dissenting colleagues at risk, to prevent the public from electing their preferred representatives.

My assumption is that it’s a threat game, Talk and agree or agree after danda.

But it seems the danda played an UNO reverse card and now tables have turned.

IK is on even stronger terms to talk on table.

A little push and establishment would raise their blessings from PDM.

Removal of COAS wouldn’t be of any benefit unless the sitting government is disbanded

Well I am convinced that there is a mutiny going on in the army. Along with few generals there was that major in the video who refused to take orders.
Don't be surprised why there was no armed resistance at GHQ and corps commander house.
Good to know the army still owns Pakistani people and a proof that not all army is bad. It's just few bastards at the top.

Hi,,

This fool should have stayed---not resigned and should not have accepted termination---.

You cannot do any good when you are not in power---.

Hi,

Another conscientious fool---gave away power---should have refused termination.

When all good officers leave leave---then what is left---?
Plots aur pension bhi tu rakhni thi.

No.

Refer to Nuremberg trial.
That's because Germans lost, otherwise brutal US imperialism since Nuremberg wouldn't have happened.
