Lesson not learnt (Hafiz Saeed rally)

He is not a terrorist until convicted, he wont be convicted until he is indicted, he wont be indicted until your govt has the balls to take up his offer.

Actually you are wrong. As per United Nations, he is already a terrorist. Just like Osama was...irrespective of whether your govt has the balls to face that truth

P.S. He is as much a terrorist as Kashmir is disputed. Both do not have a legal backup, but a UNSC resolution stating such

Hafeez Saeed is the best asset India has in Pakistan. Anybody says "Pakistan now does not tolerate radical threats against India" - and we can easily point to Mr Saeed.

United Nations doesn't have jurisdiction in Pakistan, nor did the UN conduct an inquiry through interpol. The UN is nothing but an extension of the US Foreign Policy apparatus.

Great and the terrorists acts he have done against us must be freedom of action!! Does the inaction from your court against him also come under freedom of speech? It was a pathetic excuse for promoting a terrorist leader.. He is not an ordinary citizen who talk nonsense.. You know better than that..
We can do nothing about it. It is apparently (their) State Policy. :coffee:

Whoa! :woot: There goes UN resolution for Kashmir down the drain :yay:

So then can we now safely state that since UN does not have any jurisdiction in Pakistan or in India, the UNSC resolution calling Kashmir as disputed is as defunct. ?

Karan, replied you in this regard.. And also if a joint judicial commission cannot be taken up by Indian government only.. Did we see any initiative from Pakistan government rather than some barking by this terrorist?

Hafiz Saeed is a subject of Pakistan's civil laws while Kashmir is an international dispute between 3 partisans. Doe they compare? what sort of moron does it take to think up something like that?

Joint inquiry is on the table, from the Pakistani side, you have two options.

1: Put up

2: Shut up

I can safely say that the likes of Hafiz Sayeed, Hamid Gul, Zaid Hamid and other similar assorted like minded individuals from the Difa E Pakistan group and other extremist groups are the future of Pakistan (the saner one's have already packed their bags and left Pakistani shores, the few remaining are being killed or being threatened to be killed).

Another 5-6 years and one can clearly see these people emerging in power in Pakistan.

If a terrorist can become India's prime minister than it can happen in Pakistan too. Would be fun to watch !

Hafiz Saeed is one of the most potent Anti Pakistan weapon India has. Significantly cheaper and many time more effective than the 100 odd rafales or an aircraft career..

Not really.

It is the people of Pakistan whose twisted thought process has gotten them where they are today. What do you think would Hafiz be worth if it were not for the overwhelming support that his countrymen show in his rallies? Without the support of the general public, he would have been discarded and hounded like a rabid dog. Remember he was jailed pretty quickly after 26/11? But he came out because the people supported him.

Exactly the same reason why the Pakistani Army is unable to decide whether it joined the US in Osama raid, or was caught sleeping. First they claimed they helped the raid. Then seeing rallies after rallies in support of Osama, they said the RADARs didn't work. Oh well, they have to keep the sentiments of the majority into consideration. Quite a sticky situation.

So, if this Hafiz is gone, another is bound to come - there are millions of specimen waiting in line. And yes, millions, not thousands.

If you think Pakistan is in present condition because of a handful of people like Hafiz, then no, rather a big chunk of the general population is responsible for it.

If pakistan is really serious for a start how difficult is to take voice samples from him.

But the Judiciary of Pakistan never even tried to start a trail against Sayeed on Mumbai incident..

Because your govt has never cooperated. Because they keep blaming a bogeyman for a false flag they committed themselves. If Indian govt is not guilty or criminally complacent in the Mumbai attacks, than why are have they decided to shut their mouth?

Pakistan had offered a joint inquiry as well as an inquiry to b carried out by International Court of Justice.... why did your govt not respond? - Is that our fault?

The culprits you search sit in Lok Sabha.
