Rafale centre line fuel tank shape is different from other tanks, narrow width near the gears.

That's the 2000l tank, they also of the smaller 1250l fuel tank for supersonic flights, so they serve different purposes and wasn't designed just to fit there. The Mirage 2000 has also differently shapped fuel tanks with different capacity.

Since that size limitation is visible on many fighters, you can see that it's a common problem, depending on the size of the fighter. You have to put the gears somewhere and since it needs to be close to the centerline station, there can be payload limitations. .

That way almost every fighter jet should face this technical problem right?
If not, your thinking/theory is flawed/

What is the beef here?

BTW what is the difference between the F-16 Belly to Tarmac clearance in feet and the same for LCA?

That's why I gave examples for the EF, for the Mirage 2000, just as JF 17 and J10 have similar size restrictions at the scenterline too.

Any idea why did not you list
Saab JAS 39 Gripen?

You can add the Gripen too, since it can't carry cruise missiles or the latest bigger fuel tanks at the centerline, I just made some examples.

Width limitations?

The 2nd pic shows current Gripens, which have their gearbay in the fuselage, the other pics and graphics are from Gripen NG, which is re-designed and moved the gearbay under the wing, that increased the space under the fuselage which not only removed some of the restrictions, but also added hardpoints. Gripen C has only a single centerline station just as LCA MK1, Gripen NG / E will have up to 3.

Width limitations?

Don't argue with him!!! Tejas is Indian hence Width limitations and cannot have multirake for weapon system, and Phoran Maal can have unlimited width and unlimited weapons on multirake!

Hehe, only because you let yourself confuse by advertisements, doesn't mean they are reality and I didn't even said that it can't carry muti pylons at all, but that the current Griffin kits seems to be too big for a twin combo. With smaller or different bomb kits, it might be feasable, but then a quad pack of SPICE 250 on the centerline would make more sense. Even Saab is now integrating the SDB in twin or quad racks to gain more advantage of smaller size at the wing or centerstations.

Gripen E presentation in Brzil with 3 x AAM's on the centerline stations (not at multi pylons) and SDB racks at the wings:
