Remember it did take some time for Pak army to clear Swat, Kunduz is a heavily populated province, so care is needed to clear it all out.

I have a gut feeling that kunduz is the gateway for all anti Pakistan entities entrenched in Afghanistan including India. They might be using this route to sustain their terror infrastructure via Tajikistan.

@A-Team What is going on mate? Whether Kunduz has fallen/retaken does not detract the fact that it came under sustained attack and at one point Talibs had the centre in Kunduz. What I am miffed about is Kunduz is as far as possible from Af-Pak border, indeed it is right next to Tajikistan/Uzbekistan.

How the hell is ISI or Pakistan inspired insurgents operating that far north. How in the hell does ISI maintain supply chain logistics or even engagement which a location that is so far north?

This is the second time with Kunduz. What is going on?

Taliban will capture part of a city,reinforcement will come and kick them out.Just another day in Afghanistan.

I am not worried about Afghanistan any more. They can handle it well. This tug of war will continue but Talibs will never be able to take Afghanistan again like in the late 90s.

Kunduz is a complicated case, because lots of foreign fighters including central asians are there and trying to find a save heaven to act as launching pad towards Central Asia.

The India terror infrastructure is sustained from somewhere in Afghanistan. Its not out of thin air.

Ajeet Doval wants to fight us till the last Afghan. Shame Afghans are willing to be cannon fodders. And for Tajiks, it seems they didnt head on advise/warning unfortunately.
