Don't worry, Turks think the same thing about Jordanians. How many platforms can Gulf Arabs manufacture? Rather than requesting western corporations to build them platforms why not actually build one yourself? These "CITIES" who do you think designed them? Who do you think is going to build them? How many Gulf Arabs have YOU seen actually do some sort of Manual Labor? They're too busy trying to find Houbaras in Pakistan. Apparently they couldn't get Viagra.

But seriously, there are 2 sides to every coin. And I was generalizing saudis, you forgot to include the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Plz remember that you are talking about KSA not Afghanistan. These two Gulf companies are among the most reputable construction companies in the world.

Maaan you are precious aren't you. Even though you kind of don't deserve that much attention I am going to give you benefit of the doubt and answer you. I am a Saudi Medical student Studying in a Medical College built recently right here in my home city in SAUDI ARABIA.

Most education systems in the world don't teach critical thinking so your ignorance soundbite might be misdirected. I have 3 family members who live in Saudi Arabia. Each of them says the same thing, "Saudis hate manual labor, almost like it will disgrace family honor." Many of the Urbanized Saudis have forgotten their Bedouin roots.

My aunt and uncle teach in an international school in Jeddah. Where my 8 year old cousin was run over a car driven by a Saudi man. While he was retrieving a football. The same Saudi hit another car, driven by a Saudi who was trying to get his pregnant wife to the hospital, both died along with the grandmother; only 3 days later after his family had "convinced" my aunt and uncle to take $2000 as blood-money.

My father traveled to Dubai, and came back saying "It full of ****** s." Do you think differently?

A really sad story. Do you know if your family prosictued and sued them the driver would get death sentence but I can see that the family of the guy who did it tricked yours and I am sorry about that. Your family could have asked for anything they wanted if they followed the system since the system is not as lob sided as most people make you believe it is for instance a Saudi was executed recently because he murdered an Afghan national. Lots of families try to save their sons from execution by trying to convince/trick the family of the victim to drop the charges.

You have to understand that I am not writing out of a vendetta. But with serious thought.

I appreciate your sympathy. My family members are well versed in the Qur'an. And had talked with a Saudi Lawyer.
1) The school's headmaster was related to the Saudi man in question.
2) My Aunt and Uncle's visas & contract were in the process of being renewed. And the Judge told them straight-out because of the process, they would not be able to prosecute.

It does not matter what you acknowledge or not. The truth stands on its own. It does not need your "acknowledgement" one bit. Iran produces mega loads of science more than KSA and that is the truth.

PS. As our scientists above has said it, those buildings and palaces have no creative potential and they are only filled with gadgets. NO CREATIVE potential. Ranking a university with no creative potential means that the rankings are based on buildings which is really stupid.
