Project 15B : looks even better than Kolkata Class:

This isn't the P-15B but the T-45 Daring class, the official renders/models of the P-15B haven't been released yet but it's not hard to imagine a more refined and less cluttered looking P-15A (which already looks very flush and stealthy).

MDL for the very first time showed both the accurate silhouettes of both the Project 15B DDG and Project 17A FFG. Note that just like the Project 15B DDG, the Project 17A FFG hosts the EL/M-2248 MF-STAR radar, and both will also have bow-mounted panoramic sonars, as opposed to hull-mounted sonars. For these two projects, MDL has already appointed Fincantieri of Italy as its 'technology provider' under which both new-design warships will be designed. While MDL will build the first four Project 17A FFGs, GRSE will supply the remaining three FFGs.

No,
only 12 are planned as of now
though with Indian Navy having decided to retire their TU-142s in 2018-20 instead of 2026-28, we could see a 3rd order for 8 more aircrafts being placed for a total of 20

Don't think so. At the max 12 to 15.

I don't understand our mentality....... Why just 3 at a time? It can be say 7 or 8 ......
