In a nutshell, the Talwar class is a suicide warship that has abandoned survivability. Its sole purpose of existence is to launch Brahmos and then be sunk. It is positioned similarly to an ISIS Demolition Truck.

The fact of the matter is that the current Talwar is neither anti-submarine nor anti-aircraft, it's a piece of junk.

Dude P262 is still uknown missile you cant just assume that it will not be better missile. The time of p262 launch would require it to match indian counterpart or it will be inferior ok its launch day.

What I mean is that you can't hope to neutralize brahmos with an ship launched ballistic missile. For that purpose, you need a better AD missile
But its true that P-282 will definitely increase the offensive firepower of PN

Sorry, what I meant was that p262 is good equivalent to brahmos for ashm role.

Hq16 and type 1130 ciws are good ad systems against brahmos.
