The recent promotions including DG SSF, 46th brigade and the engineers brigade are all Indian handpicked. The top command of the army all work with cliques and groups with Tareq Siddiqui (defense adiver) with an iron fist. Even Sheikh Helal barely has influence within the army.

This hint want given by a brigadier that was passed on for promotion and sent to retirement in the recent promotions. The current DG SSF or the commander of signals brigade (i forgpt) was a mere LT. Col 3 years ago, his meteoric rise within the army to a general is questionable, everyone questions it but no one speaks out.
