Kashmiris want accession to Pakistan: (FaZL)

Nice to see every Indian member giving explanations about Kashmir being INTEGRAL part or STRATEGICALLY IMPORTANT
Slip of tongue by one perhaps??

Afraid of the INTEGRAL PART think otherwise?

kashmir is disputed and occupied.
I agree with you completely. It is occupied with some Pakistani loving and ummah and sharia loving 'peaceful' people. We need to send them to their maker - and inshallah we succeed with more and more every year!

My friend let us consult history - The salvation of any Nation lies not through political niceties when the adversary isn't going to bend but through armed struggle. You do not debate your way out of 'servitude' but by taking through force what belongs to you. Look at the history of our people - We got done over by the Mughals, then the Afghans, then the Dogras & now this - We're a bunch of pussies who were more busy being artisans & craftsmen then warriors ! We had a civilization but not the practicality to have anything close to a respectable army to protect it. Even now...the struggle for independence has been a 'joke' when compared with *say!* the Irish War of Independence, the Scottish, the Libyan, the Algerian, the American etc. Apparently we're still content with the way we are.

You are very wrong Armstrong. The militancy in the 90's in Kashmir was far stronger than the Irish War of independence ever was. There were 'liberated' zones in the Valley, with terrorists manning bunkers and chowks and everything. The State had almost capitulated.

And look where it got them - most of them were from Pakistan directly or Pakistani trained - got killed when State decided to send the military in.

You are overlooking one crucial aspect, Kashmiriyat died the day Pakistan decided to fan its sunni wahabi ideology to an originally Sufi Kashmir. When the Imams in Kashmir expelled, killed, raped the Hindu Pandits because of their religion, it became a solely Muslim struggle. When the local Kashmiri's did not object to this - Kashmir came under grips of what is a classic cause of terrorism worldwide - a Sunni Wahabi ideology.

And then you forget geography - Rest of India is attached to J&K. The insurgency was at its peak in 90's and could not have expanded more short of Pakistani Army entering Kashmir. Physically its impossible to have ramped up the terrorist infrastructure. India succeeded at this point. Short of a Pakistani invasion, Kashmir is going nowhere. And Pakistan will never have the military might to defeat India in war - even a localized one.

The rules, as set by Indian constitution are quite clear - you have freedom. You chose your government. You set your laws. You remain within the political confines of Union of India. Kashmiri's who chose to violate it will be shot, those who donot will not be bothered by the State.
