I hope the allied countries in the region cooperate with eachother to home-manufacture such vital defence systems. Russia is going to replace S-400 with S-500 by -I think- 2017, so it's not a good idea to develop similar systems that will be by that time obsolete. Developing similar air-defense systems to S-400 or That is that easy, just imagen that USA have been developing Thaad system for more than 20 years. China itself couldn't develope systems that match S-400 capabilies, and bought S-300 PMU instead.
Russian is not going to replace S-400s many of them will be kept deployed in large numbers until sufficient S-500 systems are there, those S-400s would be tweaked further. Before S-400 is not obsolete and it will be kept deployed under call it MLU till 2025+, S400 Triumf were first deployed in 2001 how would it be obsolete. Russian have also been developing and upgrading Triumf Series for 25+ Years what is the point?, China has a comparable S-400 system of its own which is currently not available for exports. S500 will according to schedule be deployed in 2017 not that S400 will be replaced, you information is incorrect sir.
Good Information for people.
