There are 10 planes in the lineup, and I believe all are dual seat, that means the first two made in China are also in the lineup.

There are 9 dual seaters parked in this picture. I am assuming one is from 2017 17-601 (if all are indeed dual seaters).

This clears the numbering confusion of 2P-68B as the fourth aircraft which means 2P-65B and including 2P-72B are the 8 dual seaters from Pakistan.

You know because pictures of 19-603 have been revealed long ago in PAF colours and also 19-604 picture was released before induction ceremony of 8 bravo aircarft attended by CAS where 2P-65 is clearly still in yellow primer! Hence 19-604 predates 2p-65.

Also 8 aircraft inducted in ceremony are all in yellow primer as clear in pictures. So there are at least 4+8=12 JF-17B for PAF.

I have it written down. Just fine-tuning it as more info comes in.

As far as I know paf was Interested in alq-500 Spanish pod and was mentioned in Paris by one of the paf personal Urdu interview on YouTube with display of all weapons mostly Chinese

During the interview the air commodore mentioned Chinese some but we have other as well western ??

What is the role of these 8 in PAF? 100 JF-17 already flying so they are not here to train PAF pilots for thunders?
Recon? Or for export?
