?? Per usaf am I correct ??

M averick B models have an electro-optical television guidance system. After the protective dome cover is automatically removed from the nose of the missile and its video circuitry activated, the scene viewed by the guidance system appears on a cockpit television screen. The pilot selects the target, centers cross hairs on it, locks on, and then launches the missile. The Maverick B also has a screen magnification capability that enables the pilot to identify and lock on smaller and more distant targets.

Maverick A is the basic model and uses an electro-optical television guidance system. No longer in U.S. service.
Maverick B is similar to the A model, although the B model added optical zooming to lock onto small or distant targets.

Correct. And this shows the depth of PAF capabilities. They have succeeded in transcoding video signals from an American system into something that can be displayed on a Chinese system. Given the modular nature of AGM, they could potentially replace the seeker with something else, for example, the seekers on H-2/H-4. Hopefully they woukd have learnt more from this system, just like we learnt a lot from American Tomahawks.

I doubt it; Egyptians have no money - they are being bank rolled by KSA and serve them, they will opt to purchase anything of much higher value or potency.

Su-30
General characteristics

    • Crew: 2
    • Length: 21.935 m (73 ft)
    • Height: 6.36 m (20 ft 10 in)
    • Wing area: 62 m² (667 ft²)

Performance

Su-30 range is 3000 km but without air to air refueling and fuel drop tanks:p:
JF-17
Ferry range: 3,482 km (1,880 NM) with 3 drop tanks:p:

Per latest article in combat aircraft Suxx had normal fuel load of ~5000 but capacity for ~9000 under low flight profile which was never utilized and now theses extra tanks not utilized , theses are internal tanks

Something on These lines it covers complete series of Su from early model to Su-35

Lastly this is wrong thread for su series ;)

JF-17 Block I and II don't have fly by wire?

As per what I've gleaned from the internet, the FBW systems will be introduced on the block-3 versions, along with a host of other enhancements such composite materials and AESA radar. The earlier blocks are quite basic jets which were mainly inducted to replace the older types in the PAF.
