Is this pilot supporting a JHMCS? Cannot see the glass visor as it is being blocked by HUD but notice the top side of helmet, a bit flatter and then the bulge on the sides of it!

You are misleading by reflection but fails to understand if there is a pilot then where is his rest of the body (shoulders).

just look at the corner front of the wind shield (black area) on both side, near to this area you can see the shoulders of a pilots sir

I doubt the Saudis were or are ever seriously interested in the Thunder.

The Egyptians on the other hand may be a realistic option depending on the politics of the day.
