muhərrrik or محرك means Engine.

So they are saying Pakistan has problems exporting the AC due to engine issues ( re-export ) I am guessing.

Azerbaijan love to have it but due to some political issues China not agreed to supply it because Azeri bro wants to use it against Armenia over Karabakh dispute.

Even they are interested in lot of other Pakistani stuff also.
