Using a little common sense might have helped. All 70 jets didn't start flying 8 years ago. First batch of 4/5 started 8 years ago, second batch of 4/5 started 7.5 years ago and so on until last batch of 16 that started just a few weeks ago.

JF 17 does in a year

Because when you divide 20000 Hours with 70 Planes OVER
Eight Years ; the Average is quite less

Sir, we also seldom see the F-16s equipped with AMRAAMS, the capability is there so when required it will be deployed.

you are right boss, the capacity is there. However it wont hurt to see one equipped with the real goodies every now and then. Specially considering how we are focused on exports as well, these things do help. Jo dekhta ha wo bikta ha!!

@Oscar What is 'ugly' may be better. FaDEC resolves many issues with conformals.
