Mirage has better low speed maneuverability and agility but loos momentum on high speeds, compound delta to offer better high as well as slow speed maneuverability and control without bleeding too much energy.

Assuming block three may have additional couple of hundred litres of internal fuel ~2500/2700 kg total so one centerline drop tank in a2g role plos internal will give it a reasonable range, this will be due to B model additional tanks in block 3 as well

dude...they made a "mock up" for a reason...besides, JF17 is already flying while carrying 4 500lb bombs, 2 per dual rack, what makes you think it can't carry 4 400lb PL12/SD10s, 2 per rack?
