Only viable solution seems to be a huge dorsal spine,housing avionics and freed up space being used as fuel tank or having CFT's like F-16.

I think both are possible, slightly increase of internal fuel (Internally) move all avionics equipment on the Spine of the jet with 2-3 fuel drop tanks, there is 1 more option we can also utilize CFT (conformal fuel tanks) if possible like our F-16 block-52 but most probably external fuel drop tanks 2-3 with increase of internal fuel capacity @Haris Ali2140
