how it is better then F 16...??

i would like to add an info about JF-17 here. Don't know whether any one here noticed this thing or not.

See F-16 have only two hard points for carrying different AGM, but later Blocks (50, 52 and 60) were made to carry more AGMs on two inner hard points of wings as well.

While Jf-17 has 4 dedicated hard points for carrying AGM such as ARM & ASM

thats one pore point to add in v/s comparison of F-16 and Jf-17.

yeah i knew that JFT 2nd squarden is coming bt a member of PDF psoted in other thread that JFT 2nd block is to be revealed this month.

what is to be revealed in blk2 anyway? most of the changes would be internal or in composites -- aesa and retractable probe might be obvious

this is a photoshop , showing fixed probe aswell as a cft , irst ,still so many 'sensor knobs' supposedly in a near stealthy version!

I m not an avaition expert but we do wanna see major upgradations to this bird in comming blocks to bring it closer to the upper end of 4th generation otherwise it is not wise to make it in bulk as it has to deal with 5th gen fighters. So the change most probably we wanna c are
1. A more potent engine
2. Next gen aesa radar.
3. Increasing stealthy features.
4. Next gen wapons.
5. Next gen avainics
