RD93 MA was expected to be tested with in 2021-22 so that was the reason of delays?

Let's see if there is any difference between the first Prototype and the Production variant.

Engine?

COVID pandemic can be one explanation.
But why engines was cropped in every pic released in this time period? These is something behind this.

Block 3 will be carrying more payload specially on those dual racks, new engine need needs more power, there is new EW suit and more sensors so where will all the power come from? More powerful engine either RD93 MA or WS-13E is the answer.

Wrong wrong wrong

Pakistan is a rich country that's badly mismanaged.

Just look at the wages of a university professor and you will be shocked. Private sector people earn vast sums. Senior government officials earn stupid money through theft.

Tax collection has to improve.

Regarding design. We are not Indians that we will re-invent a square wheel. There are people who have been designing for years and just because you are not aware doesn't mean they don't exist.

Pakistanis generally are a negative lot and mostly still think that the best car is a Toyota corolla. So please spare us with the negative crap. People said this about the nuclear program. The missile program. The jf17 the Al khalid the drones, subs, ships. Etc etc etc
Vast sums?

The average middle class salary hovers between 60k to professionals making 1-2 lacs per year.

Unless your daddy has made you a house , 2 lac rupees barely gets you a half decent car, rent and family support - leave the idea of ever owning your own roof. There is a reason educated professionals want out of Pakistan unless their families are either settled with houses and/or additional millions in the kitty.

Please do not confuse the 1% driving around in Audis as some Rich country

The forward pitot is clearly missing? Was that causing any interference with Radar?
No. It is like that with all prototypes and production models across most aircraft (even F35):

The protruded pitot tube provides the best air data possible. It is used to calibrate the other smaller air-data system probes in test flights - like these on the JF-17:

and recessed super-fancy ones on the F35.

Once the air-data system has been calibrated, the giant protruding pitot tube that causes RCS and drag and weight increase is removed.

However, on this topic note that B3 has ONE probe:

where the B1/B2 used to have three:

EDIT: As pointed out by @Goenitz there are still 3 probes. The B3 just has two of them at the bottom.

The only difference between IAF and PAF is that IAF is at the mental level of these forum guys but PAF isn’t at our level, They are professional
From a peon to the President all Indians think, imagine, believe, howl, and act alike and unanimously as far as Pak is concerned! And, it's a great plus for Pak for any mistake on their part gets a snowballing effect.....

All these systems on Rafale are integrated into a single system call SPECTRA. According to Wiki, The full SPECTRA integrated electronic warfare suite provides long-range detection, identification and accurate localisation of infrared homing, radio frequency and laser threats. The system incorporates radar warning, laser warning and Missile Approach Warning for threat detection plus a phased array radar jammer and a decoy dispenser for threat countering.[1] It also includes a dedicated management unit for data fusion and reaction decision۔
Too many cooks spoil the broth! The French believe in too much intrigues and complexities, coupled with a sense of cunning superiority, to their peril - the Maginot Line syndrome!! The US folks believe in the straight forward simplicity to get the job done! Distributed computational capability has its own strength....

hmhm... that is the reason
where the B1/B2 used to have three:
Yar es ma neechay 2 aur hain.. aur ek bari bhi koi chez ha.. harder to see from front.

Externally the engine seems of different color.
No dude, that's just the exhaust nozzle, one has had more exposure to the afterburner than the production variant... However the latter seems smaller or maybe it's just the angle.
