Hi nomi007 nice pictures with specs to share with us just wanted to know why we trying to compare jf17 with twin engine 4.5.. kind of mature platforms
I know about the opponents what they are flying but is it not possible to compare it one on one with a single engine jet around the world
I hope we can have some better info from you with the desired single engine jets around the world
Thank you

Let the show begin.

Why would you compare a lightweight fighter with a medium/heavy-weight fighter?
And why don't you compare their prices? If you can afford the price of Rafale, you would have much better choices.

Price doesn’t always determine capability. Tactics and equipment/hardware that assists to fill the gaps play a role as well.

I’m sure with an AESA Radar/PL-15 along with EW we can take it on.

The best option we can possibly invest in is SU-35 with J-20 Radar and avionics and AAMs
THAT IS
IF RUSSIA ALLOWS

Rafale would be a sitting duck

You still have to spend lots of time and money to upgrade Su-35 even if Russia allows, and when it is ready, you will find that it is already obsolete in 5th-generation fighter era. That is also why China gives up J-11D.

As long as our enemy isn’t going 5th gen, we are all ok !!!

The above mentioned spec’d SU-35 would be stealth short 5th gen Fighter

@LKJ86 ... the above option is being suggested as an interim solution till Project Azm's NGF is produced and inducted.

Anyways ... no air force is going to be totally 5th Gen based. In fact in majority of the leading air forces of the world, less than 50% of the fighters will be stealth.

How would you rate above solution against Raf F3 ?
