Last time I checked it was Indian who has a part of Kashmir! So, yes ultimately India is part of the equation same as Pakistan.

Where does it say in the UN resolutions we have to remove all troops?

Troops have to be reduced. to a 3000-6000 level while India has to reduce to the 12000-18000 levels.

You get the larger force but its still all good. Wow we are just so confident.
