No. DZKK-Fleet Command is pretty busy nowadays. Besides couples of National exercises, Naval Force was in UK (NATO Exercise Joint Warrior), in Norway for Norwegian Navy Day and Exercise Oban Express in African Atlantic planned by US AFRICOM. Those events occurred only at this month. Plus, 2 ships are in a NATO deployment. One is in her standalone deployment in Africa. Besides Task Group Barbaros just passed 0' 0' now sailing towards Cape of Good Hope. Half of Battle Fleet is deployed in Black Sea among with half of the subsurface fleet. There are also some other deployments (CTF 150, UN...etc.). Lastly, we have two major naval exercises incoming. Işık Gunyeri CSAR&SAR exercise, and our pride the EFES 14 exercise.

We can't waste our logistics for such an exercise where we can't get anything more than cultural exchange.

Takanami class DD-112 Sazanami commissioned February 2005, homeported in Kure too (developed from Murasame class)
