Japan PM says will take time to provide patrol ships to Vietnam

I explained already that terminologies could be rather relative.

Call your system in any way, or invent some new terminology, that mean nada. What is important is if the system is working and actually delivering or not.

I do not care if you or any other nation remains the same backward land after three decades of relative peace. Your system is worthless. If you think democracy is gonna work for you, go for it.

But do not adopt something for the sake of adopting something. Bring out a working model, and we will praise you.

Our model is not dictatorship because it is indigenous, adaptive, and subject to incremental change all the time. And it delivers actual, concrete, empirical result.

If dictatorship sounds boo boo, then name it the other way so both of us would be happy about that.

Vietnam is Communist, too, but, for some reason, your communism is rigid and corrupt.

both China and Vietnam copied Stalin model. It is problem for China and Vietnam.

Proletariat dictatorship is dictatorship, it go on the same way, no different even worser when the power is in hands of peasant or muscle worker. In other word in uneducated people.

What happent in the past with culture revolution in China, when students destroyed Confucian temples and burnt all the books related to Confucianism ?

What is wrong here politically ?

Don't compare us with you. Our system produces result, not big mouth or big promise like the India's Hindu Democrat or your so called "democratic socialism".

You see, in China system, meritocracy ruled. Depending on your expertise you gain position based on the education and experience you have.

OK, Vietnam is out of your list. how can I compare your system to ? to Anbani or Yugoslavia ? what is chinese color socialism in China ? other than one version of Stalin-ism ?

Who is Xican Ping and Boxi Lai ? where do they come from ?

When people don't have right to control the power, meritocracy is propaganda.

They're only 400 tons ship and belong to navy ( 400TT-TP), so we need larger ships for patrol mission.
Vietnam Coast Guard variant is 400TT which was in service.

P/S: $1 million is only for basic design, price per ship was around $10 millions.

which makes it perfect for patrol missions inside your own water territories, larger vessels should go to the navy instead. Except ofcourse your patrol missions are comparable to the U.S Navy's, which again are not.

.
By watching hundreds of CCG ships attacked 2 dozens of much smaller VCG ships time after time during 1 month, Japanese decided to provide patrol ships to Vietnam. It's so logical from humanity people.

Don't doubt about their motivation to do so. Let doubt if you have ability but not do so.

Not enough when it come with mission on Spratly Isle, We also have 2500 tons ships in our coast guard ...
If you catch up with situation, China become aggressive at recently, they used bigger ships to ram on our vessel, so we must achieve enough good and bigger ships.

We have our own patrol ship similar like this ... cost 1 million per each

One million U.S dollar ????!

. .
just hulls
OMG, even hull i think it's expensive for China.

1 million U.S dollar = 6.5 million RMB, enough cost for a 300ton patrol ship by China shipbuilding industry.

For example current the biggest patrol ship for China Marine Police N.o22, total cost nearly 200million RMB = 30million U.S dollar, It's a 5,000ton China patrol ship...

I catch up with the situation, seems like you are the one that are yet to catch up with the situation. Just be real, Vietnamese yearly budget can't cover the cost of building many large vessels and operate them at the same time. China has many large vessels and use them for ramming smaller ships is part of their own strategy, which works hand-in-hand with their financial capability. It doesn't mean Vietnam has to match their strategy with the same strategy, it will bleed your economy faster than you can recover. Remember, having large vessels is not only about building them, it is also about maintaining their combat readiness afterwards. Soviet tried to match the U.S military build-up without considering their own financial capability, the U.S triumphed over Soviet without even a single bullet fired. If you don't want to end up like Soviet, be smart and stop trying to match China by the size of the ships. Vietnam could endure during the Vietnam war not by trying to match U.S military strenght.

LOl, buddy ... Who said we need match with Chinese way !?

VN forces need more ship, bigger ship for our own purpose. We was building 2000 tons patrol vessel before the case, we need it for patrol mission, not for that kind of game with a damn oil rig ... :D

You didn't say that, but it does looks like that.

Allright, well good luck is all I can say then.
