J-11B is 8 times stealthier than the MKI, has much more powerful thrust, has better climb rate and maneuverability, and also has modern avionics. J-11B is also getting AESA radar.

With such a small technical difference, it will come down to pilot skill. And we all know that Indian pilot skills are limited due to their illiteracy. Hard to fire a missile when you can't read the manuals.

This is total nonsense. If everything you said was remotely true, China would just buy PAK FA and Su-35. Russia is just in it for the money. Who has way more money, China or India ?? Russia is dying for Chinese aircraft orders, they just want sufficient size and not just an order for 1 plane.

According to Kopp and Sweetman, J-20 has already surpassed the Russian design.

J-11B is much stealthier, maneuverable, has more advanced avionics, and much more powerful than the MKI. J-11B is also getting AESA.

As of right now, the J-11B is better in terms of airframe quality (more composite materials and better built quality = longer service life), versatility (fire both Chinese & Russian weapons) and some avionics systems (missile warning, wide angle holographic HUD etc.) . Su-30MKI has a better radar, Israeli ECW (& other foreign sub-systems) and perhaps better maneuverability (canard + TVC).
