Wearing immodest clothing DOES NOT justify rape or assault if any kind.

The individual who perpetrated the assault is solely responsible for his/her actions, not the individual wearing ‘immodest clothing’.

Show me where the Quran says that a woman wearing immodest clothing getting raped is justified.

Where the hell did i say it is ok to rape? I clearly said people themselves are responsible not anyone else. Please stop associating random things to my comments. Did you even read it before making a comment on my post? As a matter of fact you didn't even quote my entire comment and just put out what you wanted to show to other. Topic here is harassment not rape if someone wants to rape they will rape you even under Abaya or even a child to satisfy their animal self. Clearly you are unable to make a distinction between harassment and rape. Harassment can be anything from looking someone too long to touching them inappropriately or speaking in a manner deemed harassment. Harassment can be avoided by laying clear sets of rules not rape.

I took your comment, “Both men and women have their instructions and responsibilities in this matter so if they are not following it then dont blame each other for it”, as meaning that the man/woman being assaulted was to blame because of their decision to ‘dress immorally’.

No need to get so upset. If I misunderstood you then that’s great!

I’m quite happy about the fact that you do not support violence of any kind in response to ‘immoral activities’, and if that is your actual position then you have my apologies.

It is truly depressing that we have people still argue about this, women don't belong to us, they are not our possessions.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.
Welcome back old friend!

You’ve missed the opportunity to earn many a battle scar in some rather dishonorable jousting on this platform of ours.

In Islamic law even if the woman was lying naked it would be illegal to have sex with her? Her prone position would not be accepted as invitation to banging her?

Hi,

Thank you very much---. A rape is a rape---and not justifiable---.

I seriously feel quite surprised, as to how the liberal brigade successfully overshadowed the mass by introducing the stupid notion “Immodest cloths affect men’s intentions” just to bring in thousands of more excuses to justify the cloths by making it a gender issue.

I rarely see men wearing Sleeveless or skirts above knees, And if we move further west or even south east, Or maybe just everywhere, Ladies wearing some really mini skirts with naked legs, Isn’t that immodest as a HUMAN ?

Why do men rarely dress up as such ?

So, Kindly, Abstain from making remarks such as “Lower gaze”, Yes, I agree to that as well, But,

The issue with immodest cloths especially on TV screens, Are men stupid or maybe supernatural being to just lower their eyes not expecting nudity in the coming seconds and then raise up again after the pic/scene passes by ?

Those wannabe naked ladies should stay naked at homes instead of on screens or world, World is for everyone to share, so is TV screen.

Bringing in immodesty on these platforms and then bragging about lowering gaze doesn’t make sense, Only a supernatural person can predict in miliseconds that a nude lady is about to appear on TV/Road and lower the gaze...

*Sigh* lengths people go to justify nudity in public, Lol

Hi,

For pakistani men---I can say ugly skinny hairy calves---skinny legs bony knees---.

Hi,

Pornography---porno movies---videos---books---magazines---pictures---these are the real culprits---destroy the young minds and character of boys and men---pushes them towards vulgarity and promiscuity---.

Then a lack of law enforcement---no strict punishments---just rolling with the waves---. When the men of the nation are ready to Rape & Sodomize in the name of Allah---there is no despicable nation on earth than that---.

Let the women speak out about this matter @Hiraa @Moonlight @rambro @Rimsha Rafique any comment from you all ?

I did share my two cents long time back when the discussion was fresh. Anyhow, I do partially agree with Mehwish.
Women fully covered are always harassed too. But on the other hand, you can’t get away with saying “men should have a control on their nafs” and dress up yourself immodestly.
If men are asked to lower their gaze then women are given the dress codes too. Unfortunately, many women focus on the first part but when it comes to dressing modestly, they got a lot of absurd excuses.

Nice to be back brother, don't worry it wont be long before I start some new joists.

What Mehwish does is prohibited in Islam and it's duty of every Muslim to stop it and main duty is of state. If state will do its job people will remain peaceful. Failure of state creates vacuum which gives rise to militant groups and groups like Khadim Rizvi.

I would never understand under what Islamic law you are following actresses on social media. I WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND IT. NEVER. Maybe you educated me about this particular law? Doesn’t this deen teach you to get yourself distant from the fitnah? So why even following at first place? Isn’t it better to not come across an actress rather than following and looking at the pictures and then giving fatwa in comment sections?
