ITBP jawans learn Chinese to avoid confusion with PLA

Most of the people cant speak EngliSH in India. When two people from different states meet they talk in Hindi most of the time since it is understood by most of the people.

Not true. It depends on what strata of society you are talking with. With shop keepers it usually hindi. With neighbours its english and at home its the mother tongue. At office its usually English or mother tongue.

India is not tied together by any language, it is tied together by a common culture, a common civilization, a common sense of purpose and destiny, a common identity.

When 2 Indians has 2 different mother tongue then they communicate with any know common language. Most Indians speak AT LEAST 2 languages if not 3 or 4. Amazing how Indians manage with such low IQ :P

even common people who travels more, can speak over 5 languages.one of my classmate is from Bhutan, though she is India.she can speak as many as 5 languages without any problem.and thats because she lived in Bhutan as well as West Bengal.

.
Because most movies are based on lives in Cities where people speak both Hindi and English and their mother tongue with equal ease. That is why you find words crossing over into Hindi and English.
Cause it's kinda in style. Forget bollywood, regional cinema do that same thing of adding English out of no where. But they'll never do that at home.
Actually from Bollywood movies I know how Indian language sounds like,I think that may be Hindi.

A LOT of Indians can speak 5 languages. I did not say it because it may appear like bragging. Even in pdf you will find several Indians who speak at least 5 languages.

Very good initiative, many time Indians supplied tomato sauce while Chinese wanted BBQ sauce for their party

.
Bollywood movies are full of English I mean at least seldom words in any sentences, why?

because Indian Languages has usage of words which belongs to other Languages.one Example,Bengali, which is my mother tongue has usage of words which belong to Urdu,Farsi,Sanskrit,Arabic,Persian,Turkish,Japanese,Dutch,Portugese,French as well as English.the volume of words are also not small.thats why..same goes for other languages as well.

To put it in perspective, my daughter understood 3 languages when she was 2 years old ..... by the time she was 4, she could speak 3 languages. Hindi, English and Malayalam.

so you're a "Mallu"... :D Hindi,English and Mother tongue(if not Hindi) is basic knowledge for any student now a days.in fact,in my schoo,4 languages were taught.Sanskrit is a Dead Language anyway..

.
Good attempt to get over the mistrust, however certain rouge PLA captains do go overboard, with their rhetoric on the border, only to get told by their own higher ups to back off! There is a lack of professionalism on the border, and its coming from the PLA. However, since the Indians are in full size at the border, and often outnumber the PLA there not a single shot has been fired since 1987. And that is good news for the future.

Sanskrit is not a dead language. Now why would you say that ? It might not be widely popular, but people still learn it and take keen interest in it.

When Chinese soldiers want curry, they don't settle for a watered down Indian restaurant in China. They want authentic curry and march right on through to India. No questions asked. :partay:
