I said I would love to debate and be proven wrong, this is not how debating works, writing condescending posts does not in any way strengthen your point of view, I raised up a few points that I believe are valid. Check my posts on the thread similar to this one then come back to me.

There were so many logical fallacies in your post that it is very hard to point them all.

1. you confused the terms "over rated" and "under rated", where you really are under rating Israeli army.

2. No middle Eastern army can go more than few weeks. Not even KSA. The knock out punch comes within few days and not weeks.

3. This is based on my first hand experience with military brothers from pretty much all Arab countries, I can tell you this.

--------- modern day warfare capable sergeants and squad leaders in All Arab armies are abysmally small in numbers.
--------- this leads to a total collapse of these armies when faced with real war against modern army


So there you have it.


Oh and these "condescending posts" are in reality an honest assessment. If a guy is 4 feet tall , and you tell him brother! please do not play basketball in NBA. Now is this honest opinion or what you say "condescending".

Actually Turkish military is capable to operate a large scale war against any regional country without Nato with enough and well-calculated resources both man and firepower... We didnt establish our country with Nato or Usa's help, on the contrary we won the war against those today's so called ally countries so before underrating our military heritage and might do some search.. Nato is a deterrent factor, that's for sure but I am sick of people think we were born with Nato...

Mate, it's true that we are not fully depended on NATO. But we would suffer serious setbacks without NATO. Like, half of the Turkish Airspace covered by NATO radar stations at the moment.

Actually that's Nato itself made us that lazy-as.s for not to take action on this issue, believe me if we were out of the treaty we would take care of it already... A little bit late maybe but now we are working on it as you know... AD is our weak side and once we got our own systems they can take their assets to home...

Apparently you have misunderstood me, I believe that the general consensus that Israel perception in regards to its true capabilities is overrated. I didn't say I am overrating or underrating Israeli military but voiced my perception on the subject. Perhaps you should take another look at the post or maybe you need English lessons.

I didn't say KSA can go for months anywhere in my post did I? Again same as before, or maybe don't assume what I type before reading it and shrugging it aside in haste, you may come out looking like you do right now.

And why group all Arab armies into a single one? It is not a racial army it is a national army. Come back to me once you have updated your information, apparently you are a strong proponent of qualifying by race, which makes your entire argument invalid. You have not addressed the subject at all, you just continued your condescending attitude, if you can't debate then let's end this conversation right here.

Im not an expert on the issue but you are seriously underestimating the role of NATO in the establishment of modern Turkish army, all the weapon systems we have has its root in NATO, not to mention training and structure.
