1.Israel has repeatedly been meddling in Iranian affair for decades now. Idiots like Nutanyahoo have been screaming that Iran is 1 year away from building a nuke since the early 90's while his own country refuses to sign the NPT.
2.Israel funds, arms & provides support for almost every anti Iranian political or terrorist group that would have them.
3.Israel has assassinated Iranian scientists.

In terms of international policy

1.Since birth Israel hasn't been able to even go a decade without bombing or invading one of it's neighbors
2.Israel refuses to sign the NPT, CWC or BWC

In terms of it's own domestic policy & the Israeli - Palestinian issue Israel refuses a 2 state solution & it's continued policy of settlement building continues to create hate on both sides & refusal to give Palestinians equal rights under it's own flag has turned it into an apartheid state!

So If Israel stops meddling in Iran's affairs, signs & ratifies the NPT, CWC & BWC, accepts a 2 state solution or gives Palestinians equal rights & citizenship and goes at least a decade without bombing or invading one of it's neighbors I don't see why Iran & Israel couldn't be the best of allies but those things have to come 1st!

One is a liquid fueled missile the other a solid fuel missile & the tech is not similar in any way!

So for hitting targets within ~3000 km Iran's Sejil-2 missile is far superior than ANY liquid fueled ballistic missile for that range in the world! And you can say that about any solid fueled booster vs liquid fueled not just the Sejil-2

WHY? Because prepping them is a matter of minutes & unlike liquid fueled missiles it doesn't take over an hour to fuel the boosters! Solid fuel boosters are built with the fuel inside, they take off at a higher speed! which increases rate of fire from launcher! Also Solid fuel rockets have less parts which reduces the number of things that can go wrong with them & this increases reliability! And speed makes radar tracking & algorithms for interception far more complicated

With liquid fuel, you can't store your fuel inside your missile for long periods so you have to store all your fuel separately which complicates things & requires more authorized personal & more space & equipment.....

If Iran choose they can build a solid fueled ICBM equal too or more powerful than the U.S. Minuteman 2 ICBM within a year or two! Iran's Sejil-2 was build over a decade ago and so far Iran has chosen NOT to build a more powerful 1st stage booster not because they can't but because they choose NOT TO DO SO!

Sejil 2 has a range of 2000km, not 3000.
Of course its better than any liquid fueled missiles, no one is using liquid fueled missiles as a weapon! Those are launching platforms for satellites!
