Indo Israel relations are undergoing transformation as the recent visit by our PM is really a watershed moment.
Yes a lot of you are right in saying that Israel's support to India isn't a new thing, but the fact is India needs support on its stance at world forums against terrorism.
Israel and Jewish community has significant influence in world community wether one likes it or not.
India therefore would want that influence to support it's diplomatic position in UN and other global forums.

This is only being reported by Times Of India so I would take it with a bucket of salt. Israeli officials, along with most other powers have always maintained that Pak and India should settle the issue between themselves. With the exception of Iran more recently, I don't think anyone has taken sides, though Israel has provided Indians their expertise on running efficient open air prisons and "crowd control".

Of course, did we expect or believe otherwise? Both of the countries are illegally occupying other's land, committing state sponsored terrorism on a daily basis, subjugating human rights and killing/injuring/maiming people who for certain don't want to live with them. Common sense dictates there would be no difference in their stances.

Our economy is bigger, while we have 8 million citizens. Your economy is smaller, while you have 200 million citizens. Got it yet? Our economy is also rising. 4% From 2016 to 2017.
