Israel’s brutal killing

So you celebrate the British occupation of India every year or the independence of India??? If might is right you probably still worship the British for using their might on your land.

no we don't rather its our neighbouring country which has the habit of hero worshipping foreign invaders and name their missiles in the honour of same tyrants who looted and plundered their land

The insertions made in this thread are so wrong on so many levels...

If you want to refer to the 'brutal' 'killings' of Israel, you need to tell the whole story, and not the bits and pieces about the 'pathetic' and 'sad' Palestinians.

Long before Israel came to existence, the Arabs in Palestine resisted the Jewish immigrants who came there and wanted to build a new life. These Jews wanted to do that alongside the existing Arab population, but the latter rejected this tolerant and friendly attitude.
For the record: the nowadays often claimed 'land grab' did not exist. All the land was purchased fairly - indeed from Arab and Ottoman landowners.
The Jews have always had to defend themselves against the frequent, excessively violent Arab opposition. At the time that Israel came into being, it culminated in a real war with the neighboring countries involved. These Arab countries thought they could drive all these Jews into the sea.
There was no dialogue between Jews and Arabs, the Arabs refused systematically. The Arab people blindly followed their leaders and never wondered whether it might have been better to build the country together with the Jews. Since then, this situation and mindset has changed little as of today. On the contrary, the distrust among Jews has only increased after more violence in the form of war and attacks from the Arabs.

In Palestinian schools (and other Arab countries) and media, children are taught to hate Jews. With that attitude, any attempt at peace remains a distant solution. The proverbial violence that the Israeli army is regularly accused of, must be considered in that light. That violence is often provoked. Israel has no choice to protect its people and that is what one expects of his government and army.

its not obsession yaar I was just making a point since kingmamba accused Indians of supporting British rule in India when it was not the case on the contrary I have seen several Pakistanis posts on this forum where they were grateful for British rule since if not for Britishers the subcontinent would have most probably under maratha (Hindu) and Sikh rule

There is so many things wrong with this statement. The Palestinians never invited these European immigrants into their lands! They where un-welcomed land grabbers who had no business going to Palestine in the first place.

I have not seen one Arab or Turk or Persian or Malaysian worry about this pink unicorn called Ummah. Why are subcontinental Muslims so obsessed with that ?

If I am not wrong, the early settlers legally bought lands for cash from Palestinians..

The early settlers AND the current settlers bought the land legally from the Arabs. All of these "West Bank" land was never theirs to begin with because Jordan illegally annexed the "West Bank" which is why it is called the "West Bank". It was the "West bank of Jordan".

So many factual inaccuracies installed in the minds of foolish children and they grow up believing it like it was the written in stone. And, of course, brainwash the next generation.

Being invited or not, does not in any way negate the rightful claim of Israel to exist - and I'm not talking about the biblical claims. People have been moving around since mankind's inception for various reasons.
How did the Arabs came to live in North-Africa and Persia in the first place?
How did Europeans came to live in America, or Australia for that matter?
How are millions of Iranians living in the West as of today? Should we expel them because we did not invite them to our place?

You might have a point about Europeans, if these land grabbers as you called them, were really European, and hell bent on driving all the Arabs out. But the fact is that as of today, most Israeli Jews are not of European ancestry, but are Jews and their descendants that were kicked out and expelled from Arab countries after the existence of Israel.

A large part of the 'Palestinian' Arabs still live in Israel. Next to 6 million Jews, one and a half million Arabs (Muslims and Christians) live within Israel.
So it can happen that you no longer see Jews in the neighboring Arab countries, while you can encounter many Arabs in Israel. The exiled Jews from Arab states were welcomed in Israel, just as later the Jews from Russia and Ethiopia. With the Arabs/Palestinians from Israel, the reverse happened. They were treated like dirt by the Arab countries, because after all, they were only refugees and they should remain that.

The only land grabbing I oppose is the one on the Westbank, where Israelis settle on Palestinian land at the cost of the inhabitants residing there.

The settlements would made a future Palestinian country next to impossible. If a genuine peace plan is offered by the Palestinians, most if not all newly built Israeli settlements would have to go.
But lets not kid ourselves. Part of the problem in this conflict is the hatred that is cultivated among the Palestinians against everything Jewish, which is virulent and it is a huge obstacle in any peace initiative. The Palestinians should forget their obscure claims of the 'right to return' as being something that has any merits or something constructive, you might as well ask every Israeli baby, child, man and woman to stick a gun on his or her face and pull the trigger, if some self-hating Israeli government grants the Palestinians' bogus claims to live inside Israel as part of a peace plan.

Simple, subcontinental muslims are probably one of poorest and illiterate lots of all the muslims except for African ones with
many of them being converts for many generations. Therefore, they try to hide behind religion for their troubles and hence the
concept of Ummah is sacrosanct for them.

Thats rubbish, the concept of ummah is a islamic concept and any sincere muslim will believe in and abide by it

It is no different to any other basic islamic concepts

Modern israel is an abominatiom, a colonial enterprise in the middle east, like the crusader states who.lasted for over 100 years they will be eclipsed

No muslim can accept this state, and every muslim who has a basic understanding of islam will support our palesyinian brothers and sisters in getting their land back

Keep growing and keep the pressure on the jews high

There is no peaceful solution for this crisis. It will probably going to end in a full scale bloody war.

Concept of ummah is already dead in this world. There wont be any unity unless Gulf countries stop treating non Arab Muslims like trash.
