Another 9,000 reservists called up. There are a bunch of troops/tanks hiding behind trees/fields near the Gaza border.

For first time thus far, Palestinians fired a manpad missile at an Israeli aircraft. Likely did not hit but intended to disrupt aerial sorties.

I hope the Palestinians do a solid sniper job. Remember that this is Palestinian territory. The Palestinians know their territory best.

Hezbollah would be the force multiplier here. If they can engage from the outside and target Israel it would add another distraction. This would be very welcome news.

The only reason that Muslims haven't turned Israel into dust yet is because of the US and Western hegemony that blindly and unconditionally support you (mostly because they don't want you back in Europe probably). Once it's gone, and demographics don't help you here, you will be left with over a billion Middle Easterners and Muslims that hate you with a passion. You can only cry for Messiah to come and save you at that point.

The guy continuously lies and spread misinformation and tried to project Israel as some sort of superpower nuclear armed

If there was No United States backing
there will be grounding Invasion in some part of Israel and if they used WMD then that will be the end of it.

but he comes here and tried to spread lies that they can defend themselves and they have a superior ground force,

He thinks people will start buying to it

Interesting development, this should have been done yesterday.

9,000 reservists is a drop in the bucket, for a ground invasion, didn't they have like 75,000 reservists in 2014?
US withdraws 120 military personnel from Israel as violence continues

This is probably one of the most surprising news of the last few days

Did NOT see this coming

If Israeli's do a ground invasion, they will first try to cut up Gaza into several pieces but they will not go into densely populated areas that easily.

This is moving very fast, so try to keep up with the fresh news guys from reliable sources. There will be a lot of fake news if there is a ground invasion.

I need to get a couple things done and will be back later to update us.

They do 7-15k at a time, right now they have between 20-40K on the border.

You must have missed yesterday where Hamas hit an oil plant, a power plant, military airbase, and Ben Gurion airport with precision hits

These are large fixed targets. Not small mobile targets.

The bastards are probably going to guage the situation on the ground first.

100% agree with you. IMO the decision to go full scale against Israel lies in Tehran ofcourse. We have a presidential elections coming up and there are certain reformist figures like Zarif and Rohani trying to delegitimize the resistance bloc. Whole political bloc must be on one line regarding operations against Israel or the country will risk domestic consequences. We will have a better chance if there is a ''hardline'' (resistancefriendly) government in Iran. Reformists are tying our hands really because they have the ''peoples votes''.

You can have the Reformists or the Hardliners. It won't fundamentally change that Iran will remain a country very different from what it was before 1979. Unless things go back to pre-1979 days, Iran will be hostile to Israel on varying levels. Big or small, but still hostile. So getting into half-a$$ measures won't do any good: An enemy is an enemy, according to the Israelis.

It is a choice Iran has to make. Grab the moment now or continue to be targeted by Israel. And targeted you would be unless you go back to pre-1979.

Again--what have Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and the Palestinians have to lose?? Don't be stuck in the old Bedouin-armies charging at a European-origin army: The endless streams of projectiles for months or even years are enough from a safe distance to do the job of a million armed-soldiers.
