so crabs and lobsters are haram?
i have eaten crab once...and octopus and squid my favorit..
crabs and lobsters can live on land and sea.if i am not wrong.

There are mixed views , but i am quite sure crabs are not halal -- same goes for turtles , crocks etc

There are mixed views , but i am quite sure crabs are not halal -- same goes for turtles , crocks etc

the thumb rule is what you have mentioned but there are some exceptions (atleast in sea food, say, some poisonous fish are haram anyway)

Yes there were only two sons of prophet, name: Ibrahim (Qasim) and Tayyab Tahir...Rehan was right with the name and we with the number of sons, we just confused name with "quniyat" of Ibrahim.

one is masjid AlAqsa (Im not familiar with this view of the structure though) and the second one with the golden top is masjid Omar.

Correct ..... Many Muslims cant differentiate between the two.

What is wrong with squids and octopuses.... many halal pizza shops offer them as toppings
