ISI's Brigadier Martyred in Waziristan

Bro, you are using the same argument the NRA uses after a mass shooting.
"Let's not talk about gun control out of respect for the deceased"
My point is, politics should not be brought into a thread about someone embracing shahadat. Or brought to a thread that has nothing to do with politics.

If the thread is about IK, PMLN or whatever (as long as its to do with politics), it's fair game. Talk as much shit as you want. But if its on a thread about something like this, then politics should be the last thing discussed, considering how this person's sacrifice has absolutely nothing to do with politics.

Not to sound rude or anything but Pak army has not been taking this insurgency seriously troops are still dieing by IEDs with no Mraps or any vehicle being allotted to them that could change their fate in ambushes the thing that ps me off that its been a decade yet army is not worried about soldiers dieing in open ambushes inside Toyota Hiluxes. I mean even the Taliban have a better troop protection outlook than us these things just lift your heart of the fauj how can i even as a veterans son support an army that outright ignores its faults.

If it were the indian army unfortunately these things wouldn't have happened.

Why not show basic decency and don't laugh on death of fellow Pakistanis???

Is that too much to ask from you guys??
You were right about this guy. Look at his laugh reacts at the death of someone he doesn't even know. And yes common decency cannot be expected from vermins like him.

An officer of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), while leading an encounter against the terrorists from the front, embraced martyrdom on Tuesday while seven other members got injured including two critically, the military said in a statement.

The incident occurred in South Waziristan's Angoor Adda locality where Brigadier Mustafa Kamal Barki encountered the hardcore terrorists.

The ISPR said that Brigadier Barki and his team put up a valiant resistance against the terrorists during the encounter and the officer sacrificed his life for peace of the motherland.

"Defence forces of Pakistan and intelligence agencies pledge to reaffirm and demonstrate firm resolve to eliminate the menace of terrorism from every inch of the country," it further said.

Brigadier Barki was instrumental in locating and eradicating terrorists responsible for vicious assaults in Pakistan, including the Army Public School (APS) attack in Peshawar.

He received his commission in the esteemed Frontier Force Regiment of Pakistan on October 12, 1995. The late officer is survived by his spouse, daughter, and son.

The nation mourns the loss of their fallen hero, as he is honoured for his bravery and sacrifice.

Pakistan's security forces have conducted numerous operations against terrorism across the country, not only arresting terrorists and their facilitators but also foiling several attacks during the last three months.

In January, two ISI officials — Director Naveed Sadiq Sial and Inspector Nasir Abbas — were martyred in a gun attack at a roadside restaurant in Pirowal area of Khanewal.

A little-known terrorist group calling itself Lashkar-e-Khorasan had immediately claimed responsibility, but the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) later claimed that the deadly attack was carried out by its “secret squad”.

I have not much knowledge, but looks like he is ambushed from the OP's post.
Given his rank, am sure he must have gotten some protective vehicle am thinking.
It is also possible that, he was under cover and some people blew it or something causing this incident. Am sure he would have taken all the necessary precautions, given his experience.

He was a distant relative of IK (I think), and very pro IK.
He was a good solider, and bled green for Pakistan. One of ours. Terrible loss.
This is a very high rank to be assassinated like this. Either TTP got very lucky or this was an internal setup.
Very sad day for us.

Earlier i pointed out that Taliban is a pashtun problem and people called me racist and what not. Pashtun awaam nai yaen macha kar rakhi wi hai tribal belt mai.
Lmao same.

Meanwhile people crying about "Punjabi Taliban, Punjabi army" 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Logic isn't really adding up. One group gets called the Punjabi Taliban but the other isn't the Pathan Taliban? 🤔

@waz @LeGenD What gives some people right to abuse all of army or GHQ for that matter? The forum has become a cesspool of partisans who continue to derail every thread with their tin hat foil conspiracies and inane takes. Seriously that is how it is going to be now?

Yes but you know how much pacifists like to cry when it comes to this stuff, we'll immediately be labelled war criminals or something. Cross border strikes can go a long way, or may even end up backfiring harder. Depends on commitment i guess.
How do you know we have enough ammunition? Because genuinely I'm clueless

But anyway, people not to stop viewing it from a western perspective or even Pakistani perspective, these are not civilised people to begin with, they are tribal brutes that spent decades suicide bombing and what not, they've taken the lives of even their own countrymen who had no issue with them for their racial supremacist goals.

Honestly we have suffered enough and been engaged in their proxy war for long enough, its time to retaliate against these radical brutes!

Internal set-up, like how general soomro was killed just because he was pro IK

Pakistan, at most, has ammunition and fuel for a ten-day total blown conflict. That sort of bombing activity wouldn't be possible as we also do not have bombers like the US & Co.
But if you search up the payload capacity of those bombs, our JF-17s carry more... theoretically our air force can simulate it with our fighter jets and drones. Remember that bombing is from nearly a century ago

He is a Pashtun nationalist and advocate for Pashtunistan so obviously

Most of these guys are tbh... they'll swing about changing sides they don't have much loyalty.
