Is there any man on pdf who cooks ?

Half boiled egg
1. Boil water with a little salt.
2. When water is boiling add eggs and continue on medium head for 6 minutes exactly
3. Drain water immediately and run the egg under cold water.
4. Peel add salt and black pepper.
5. Open mouth and insert egg
6. Chew
7. Swallow
8. Allow time for digestion

I cook 3 mains in a week as we dont have luxury of cooks and maids here. I try to learn local dishes wherever I live. Some pics for your eyes..

I also invent new recipe every day.
I just did many veal (T-Bone) steaks on a pan.

If you mean soft boiled or à la coque :

Bring a liter or more of water to a boil.
Add the egg on a ladle or cooking spoon. ( So it doesn't break ... )
Count 3 minutes precisely and immediately drain the water then &
this is very important, place the egg in or run it under cold water.

The last action is short but stops the heat from the white to cook
the yolk further and thus keeps it liquid.

Any man who has had to live alone(away from home) for education or job purposes has had to learn how to cook in some capacity. If u want ur brothers to learn how to cook send them away to college or something.
