So far there has been nothing and ISIS has existed for 3 years now in its current form. The only threat is a few sleeper cells here and there. That's the worst thing that can happen. If 25.000 Saudi Arabians had joined ISIS (in reality only 2000 which is about 0,001% of the entire population) then it would be a much bigger concern.

ISIS in Iraq has no chance of crossing into KSA at all due to the big presence of the military in the Northern Regions and fortified and closely monitored border.

Well, KSA is the main surplus nation in the world, a G-20 Major Economy Member State and KSA owns trillions of dollars in investments abroad, especially in the West and the US. Money is never going to be a problem.

I think that several foreign intelligences already have a foot inside ISIS.
