Do my eyes deceive me or is their really a Safir-Machine gun variant?

New uniforms with IR emblem on the chest, and even plate carriers. Curious what unit these guys are from.

At least they are wearing body armour so that’s progress.

No supplemental body armour to cover major organs from the sides and no neck body armour. Only first dude (higher tier SOF) is even wearing a modern bulletproof helmet.

A variation of something like this would be more ideal for highly specialized and trained units (your best of the best).

The armour they are currently wearing should be made standard on all forces including conscript. And the one above should be for SOF.

Not even sure that level of body armor is even employed. Judging from US Green Beret kit, it doesn't look like they use this all body protection.

This looks like the AK-103. Not sure if they've adopted the AK-103 or the MASAF rifle that was tested many months ago.

I think that the rifle is KL-133. Not KL-103/AK-103. Also they've adopted both that and MASAF
